What Happens in the Career Development Lab?
It is normal for high-school students to feel career confusion, curiosity and contradictions at the same time. This happens because most students haven’t had the opportunity to explore and experiment with diverse career paths.
The Career Development Lab is designed to bridge this gap through a structured system built on three core pillars:
It is normal for high-school students to feel career confusion, curiosity and contradictions at the same time. This happens because most students haven’t had the opportunity to explore and experiment with diverse career paths.
The Career Development Lab is designed to bridge this gap through a structured system built on three core pillars:

CAREER GUIDANCE
Every student has a mentor who observes and reflects with them. Through in-depth 1:1 conversations and assessments, students recognize their interests and strengths, enabling them to make confident career decisions.

CAREER EXPLORATION
Students step into real roles through Harvard-style case studies. They think like founders, policy-makers, designers, engineers, and strategists, not by reading about careers but by doing the work those careers demand. Exposure beats guesswork.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Critical thinking. Research. Communication. AI fluency. These are not just buzzwords. Students develop these 21st-century skills by solving messy, real-world problems, collaborating, debating, and presenting their bold ideas. Because skills don’t develop in theory. They harden under pressure.

Students cannot choose careers they’ve never truly experienced. And today, choosing careers blindly is expensive; it costs students opportunities.
The old model: first pick engineering, then figure out a career, doesn’t work today. That luxury doesn’t exist now.
In this AI revolution, new disciplines like Sports Analytics, Bioinformatics, Digital Diplomacy, Environmental Science, and Space Technology are emerging every year.
How can parents and students make the right career choice?
Exploration before specialization!

ANKITT SUSHILANAND
Co-founder
M.Ed - Harvard University
Ankitt began his journey in Chemical Engineering before pursuing Industrial Engineering in the United States.
Over eight years in corporate America, he led global cross-functional teams and managed complex, large-scale projects across geographies, gaining first-hand insight into how decisions are made, how teams operate, and what skills truly matter in the real world.
Driven by a deep interest in education, he went on to earn a Master’s in Education (M.Ed.) from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, focusing on learning sciences and adolescent development. During this time, he worked on mentorship and skill development programs for high school students across Boston and Cambridge.
Today, Ankitt brings together global industry experience and educational research to help students think clearly, build relevant skills, and take ownership of their future.

Find the FORCE Within You
Find the FORCE Within You
FORCE was not built from theory. It was built from lived experience.
Having had the experience of working in corporations, startups, academic institutions, and global innovation hubs, we have seen how careers are evolving, how disciplines overlap, and how industries transform.
It became clear to us that students are being asked to make high-stakes decisions without meaningful exposure.
We built FORCE to change that.
The Career Development Lab brings together structured mentorship, interdisciplinary case work, and real-world problem solving — grounded in global experience and pedagogical research.
We understand the gap between school and the real world.
FORCE exists to close this gap so that when a student decides their future, it is informed, confident, and owned.
And that is why we are deeply committed to this work.
